Guys, Halloween is here!!!! Can you believe it? Wow! It just feels like yesterday we were talking about the New Year, and now we are already in the Halloween season. 2026 is going by fast. I’m talking about SPRINTING fast.

Secondly, you might want something glamorous while your partner might want something simple, and vice versa. You guys have been brainstorming, browsing, and scrolling, but still nothing makes the cut. Or maybe a costume appeals to one of you but not the other.

It’s not an easy task. I can relate because I’ve been there. The times I’ve felt like smacking my boyfriend with a frying pan were when we were planning our looks for Halloween.

I especially love the fake blood bag detail they are drinking from. Like, why drink from a regular cup when you can make it look like you just stopped by the blood bank? 

You see, this is exactly what I’m talking about when I say the little details make a costume pop. The black outfits already give you the vampire aesthetic, but the lace gloves, masks, fake blood, and blood bags take the whole thing to another level.

If it were me, I would add black capes and fake vampire teeth just to make the vampire transformation even more obvious. You could also add some dark or blood-red lipstick, smoky eye makeup, and a few fake blood smears around the mouth for that freshly-fed look.

So, let me give y’all this funny story. 

There was this one time my partner and I were going to a family Halloween party that my aunt hosted. Now, my nephew happened to be very naughty and a little mean back then.
