Not to be dramatic. It really did change my life cause let’s be real girl, I was struggling.

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1-inch, peeled)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup cold water or coconut water (depending on your desired consistency)

Instructions:

  1. Add everything to your blender.
