As someone who is always single on February 14 – I hope to change that very soon – I was certain I was doomed to a gloomy Valentine’s Day. And needless to say, I used to dread February 14th. 

Well, that was until I discovered Galentine’s Day through an absolutely stunning Galentine’s Day party decor on Instagram.

Shoutout to Leslie Knope from Parks and Recreation for coining this genius idea, by the way, I’m thrilled that we now have a day to celebrate love and friendship with our favorite girlfriends and the amazing women in our lives.

Since then, planning a Galentine’s Day party has been one of my favorite traditions. The best thing about it is that there’s no limit to how creative you can get with your Galentine’s Day decorations. 

That’s why I’m sharing some fabulous Galentine’s Day party decor ideas to help you set the perfect vibe for your celebration.

Bring a group of girls together, shout out to them and give them treats, and you will have succeeded in making their day.

We don’t make the rules but Galentine Day is about celebrating girlhood and sisterhood. So, if you want to be literal, get your LED letter lights or even foil balloons and let your girls know it is all about them on Galentine.

This is another idea I love because, like I said, give me casual, give me stunning, and I am sold. Matching Pajamas were popularized by Christmas family pictures, but they have also always been a great idea for sleepover parties, and now, Galentine Day. Try this cute matching pink pyjamas set!

Honestly, they are always a vibe, especially when you’re celebrating with your favorite people. It helps create a cozy evening as everyone’s decked out in coordinating PJs, laughing, sipping on warm drinks, and snapping endless photos. 

Plus, they’re perfect for those Instagram-worthy moments that scream, “We understood the assignment.”
