One of the most asked questions I get from women lately is “how to increase your bust size”.

Now I know a lot of people have been saying that the only way to enlarge your cup size is by getting surgery.

Well, technically, surgery is the easiest and fastest way to achieve this.

However, it is not the only way.

Fuller busts are not just beautiful, they are confidence boosters.

For centuries, women have desired fuller busts so this is not just something that started all of a sudden, like the BBL era.

But think about it: what do you think women in the ancient times did when b00b jobs didn’t exist?

They went the natural way. 

And that’s exactly what we are going to be addressing today.

Now let’s tell ourselves the truth,

Not all of us can handle surgeries, and not all of us can afford them, either.

Unfortunately, we are not blessed with the genetics of having bigger cups (cries in small b00bs genes).

But that doesn’t mean we can’t get what we want.

Thankfully, there are supplements, exercises, and other healthy ways to enlarge your bust size without getting cancer.

Because I know that’s one of the main concerns we women have when we hear about any “natural bust growth remedies,” and honestly, I get it.

That is why I took the time to do in-depth research before writing this article. 

Everything on this list is backed by science, passed down through generations, and tested by women all over the world, including my mother and grandmother.

Now I would like to drop this disclaimer before I continue.

These tips will not give you a quick and dramatic effect like surgery or genetics would do. 

However, with patience and consistency, they absolutely work.

But just have it at the back of your mind that it is not magic.

1. Exercise

When I say exercise, I am specifically talking about chest exercises.

These exercises won’t just increase the size of your girls, they also firm them up.

Workout like push-ups, dumbbell chest press, cobra pose, dumbbell pull over, etc, focus on the chest muscle, also called the pectoral muscle, which in turn makes your b00bs appear fuller and firmer.

Just so you know, exercising your chest muscles will not increase your chest tissue.

However, It will give a lift to the girls and make them perky.

Here are my top 6 exercises that I can swear by:

Dumbbell chest press

This helps to strengthen your chest muscles and give a natural lift to the girls.

How to do it:

  • Lie flat on your back (like a bun in a pan) on a bench or on the floor.
  • Hold a dumbbell in each hand, bend your elbows, and keep your hands by your chest.
  • Push the dumbbells up towards the ceiling until your arms are totally straight.
  • Then slowly, bring them back down to your chest.
  • Do 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps.
  • Also, try to breathe out when you push up and breathe in when bringing the weights down.

Dumbbell pec fly

This exercise will help to stretch and tone the chest which helps to define your cleavage.

How to do it:

  • Lie on a bench or mat with a dumbbell in each hand.
  • Extend your arms straight above your chest and slightly bend your elbows.
  • Slowly open your arms to the side like you are hugging your 6ft tall boyfriend. Oh, I forgot, you don’t have one; anyway, imagine hugging a big tree.
  • Bring your arms back together over your chest.
  • Do 3 sets of 12 reps.
  • Also, don’t drop your arms too low.

Push-ups

10/10 would highly recommend. This helps to build strength in your chest, core, and arms

How to do it:

  • Get on the floor on your hands and toes like you are in a straight plank.
  • If you can’t do it yet, that’s fine. You can just start with your knees on the floor instead.
  • Place your hands a little wider than your shoulders.
  • Keep your body in a straight line from the head to the toes (or knees).
  • Now bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the floor.
  • Pull yourself up to where you started.
  • Do 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps.

Uptown plank

What this does is to strengthen your upper chest, back, arms, and core.

How to do it: 

  • Sit on the floor with your legs stretched out in front of you.
  • Place your hands behind you, palms flat, fingers pointing towards your feet.
  • Press your hands and lift your hips up like you are forming a straight line from head to heels. 
  • Don’t forget to squeeze your butt and tummy while doing this.
  • Look up or look straight ahead and hold this position.
  • Hold for 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Do 2 to 3 rounds.

Cobra pose

It strengthens your back.

How to do it:

  • Lie flat on your belly, legs stretched out behind you.
  • Place your hands under your shoulders, elbows close to your sides.
  • Gently press into your hands and lift your chest off the floor.
  • Your elbows should be slightly bent, and your shoulders relaxed.
  • Keep your hips on the ground and look slightly upward.
  • Hold for 15–30 seconds.
  • Do 2–3 rounds.

Dumbbell pullover

Tones your chest and back at the same time.

How to do it:

  • Lie on your back on a mat or bench, knees bent.
  • Hold one dumbbell with both hands over your chest.
  • Slowly move the dumbbell back over your head until you feel a gentle stretch.
  • Bring it back over your chest.
  •  Do 3 sets of 10–12 reps.

2. Take Fenugreek Tea

When we are talking about ingredients that support feminine health, fenugreek takes the crown; in fact, she’s that girl.

However, this is not a safe and long-term solution.

But, i also know that we want them firmer too.

So here is a little recipe I got from my mother, and trust me it is insanely good. 

All you need is:

  • 1 teaspoon of  fenugreek powder 
  • 1 teaspoon of unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • A  few drops of vitamin E oil.

Mix all together, apply on your twins, leave it on for 15 mins and rinse off with warm water.

Now let’s be clear, this is not a magical potion that will give you perky girls overnight.

I did not study at Hogwarts, so we are working with patience and consistency here.

For the best results, pair this mask with the chest exercise I shared above.
