In our fast-paced and demanding world, it’s easy to neglect self care. We often prioritize work, family, and other responsibilities, leaving little time for ourselves. However, self-care is not a luxury but a necessity for our overall health and happiness. Taking care of yourself is not selfish; it’s an essential part of maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life.
This 30 day self care challenge encompasses a wide range of activities that will nurture self love and nourish your mind, body, and soul. It can be as simple as taking a relaxing bath, reading a book, or going for a walk in nature. By making self-care a priority, you are acknowledging your worth and giving yourself permission to prioritize your own needs.

What is a self-care challenge?
A self-care challenge is a structured program designed to help you prioritize self-care in your daily life. It typically involves committing to a specific set of self-care activities for a certain period, such as 7 days, 21 days or even 30 days.
The goal is to cultivate a habit of self-care and experience the benefits it brings.
By participating in a self-care challenge, you are not only carving out time for yourself but also practising self care in your relationships. When we take care of ourselves, we show up better for the people in our lives, we tend to be less irritable and more patient and we are able to rest in our feminine energy.

Day 1: Morning meditation
Start your challenge by dedicating a few minutes each morning to quiet your mind and set positive intentions for the day ahead. Find a comfortable space, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Find times in your day to practise a 5 minute meditation if you are short on time.
Day 2: Pamper yourself with a self care bath
Treat yourself to a spa-like experience at home. Take a long luxurious self care bath with scented candles, indulge in a face mask, and give yourself a relaxing massage with aromatic oils.

Day 9: Read a chapter of a book
Reading is one of my favourite mindful activity, I love it so much because whenever I read I feel a lot calmer and in the present. Reading can help fight depression and anxiety and also can boost your confidence.

Day 18: Do your skin care routine

Do you have an empowering song that you listen to when you feel sad? Find one! Because this will be your go to when life gets hard and you just need something to give you a burst of energy. Make a self love playlist and have fun with it or you could listen to Girl You Are Magic here.
Day 29: Write yourself a love letter
This is one of my faves for any self love self care challenge that I do. Write a letter as your future self talking to your current self. This letter must be encouraging, supportive and kind. Imagine that you’ve already accomplished everything you’ve been hoping for.
Read this letter whenever you feel discouraged.
